Our Story
Built from the ground up — literally.
Rebecca Kinney began her career as a parts cleaner on the shop floor, developing a hands-on understanding of how quality, safety, and precision aren't abstract concepts — they're the difference between something working and something failing.
That foundation led her into machining, then non-destructive testing and aerospace quality assurance, where she learned to read risk in regulated environments where the margin for error is zero.
From there, her career expanded into nuclear quality assurance under CSA N299 and CNSC frameworks, ISO management systems across multiple standards, and ultimately into privacy and compliance leadership as a Privacy Officer managing obligations under PIPEDA and Québec Law 25.
What hasn't changed across any of it is the approach: understand the work at ground level, build systems that actually function in the real world, and give organizations compliance programs their people can use — not just documentation that sits in a drawer.
